Unlike electrolytically deposited layers, the electroless nickel layer possesses an even coating thickness. Even in recesses and drill holes, an even layer is deposited.
The Faraday shielding, which plays a negative role in the electrolytic process, is not effective in a chemical process. This excellent benefit of the plane-parallel deposition of the chemical nickel layer also contributes to the corrosion protection property. Parts with electroless nickel surfaces are finished in our state-of-the-art rack plating facility.
